How Quantum Health Coaching Works

Quantum Health Coaching is a new approach to health coaching that combines Quantum Physics and Neuroscience. It focuses on the idea that everything in the universe is interconnected and emphasizes that our thoughts and feelings are energy. With this understanding, we have the tools to connect with our inner wisdom and intuition, using this energy to create positive changes in our lives.

Quantum Health Coaching works with the energy in and around us to help access the power of our subconscious mind, open up new possibilities and create lasting change. Whether you want to improve your physical health, enhance mental clarity, or achieve personal success, these sessions are designed to help you reach the place you desire!

DURING OUR SESSIONS

  • We’ll use various quantum healing techniques and practices to improve your health, well-being, and create a better life.

  • We’ll examine belief systems that are causing you to feel stuck or out of balance and identify what’s blocking your growth.

  • We’ll identify imbalances in your autonomic nervous system and use quantum healing techniques to restore equilibrium.

  • We’ll balance the masculine and feminine energies within you to achieve harmony.

  • We’ll discover old traumas or emotions stored in your body-mind complexes.

  • We’ll explore inner child wounds, attachments, ego mindset, and behavioral patterns.

How a Quantum Health Coaching Session Works

  • Our online sessions are one hour long and fully flexible with your schedule. I hold them via Zoom or phone.

  • New clients must commit to a minimum package of 3 sessions, then you could book individual sessions as needed.

  • I recommend weekly sessions, but it’s up to you how often. Book individual sessions as needed or a block of 3, 6, or 9. We can plan when and how often your sessions take place.

  • After each session, I’ll follow up with an email containing tools, guides, and exercises tailored to your needs.
